[lastfm]Perry Farrell[/lastfm] of [lastfm]Jane’s Addiction[/lastfm] has put his Venice palace on the market. What’s it got in its 2200 square feet besides lots of cool memories? Plenty.
It’s a contemporary 2 bed, 2 bath remade post-war California bungalow, and it’s listed at $1,600,000. The exterior is painted black, and it sports purple-accented walls, and a rock garden. And a sunken jacuzzi. And a lap pool. And a glass wall that opens to the outside. And a rooftop terrace. And a built-in Korean style grill. And a huge three-car garage. And I’m not going to go on because let’s face it, we can’t afford it.
But I’d definitely check out an open house there, especially if they had snacks.
