One rock band who had their heyday during the 1980s has a new achievement to boast about— the music video for one of their popular music singles just reached the 10-million-views mark on YouTube.

The rock ballad ruled MTV back in the day, thanks in part to a smokin’ hot video vixen that caught the attention of teenage boys and men worldwide.

In 1987, [lastfm]Whitesnake[/lastfm] ruled with their video for “Here I Go Again,” starring a long-legged Tawny Kitaen who famously danced on the hood of a car in the music video. Kitaen, one of the 1980’s most famous video vixens, was married to [lastfm]Whitesnake[/lastfm] lead singer [lastfm]David Coverdale[/lastfm].

It’s been over 20 years since the song first broke into the rock stratosphere, but since then the song has appeared in pop-culture favorites such as Old School, Talladega Nights, The Simpsons, Frasier and Family Guy.

Get in on the action again and “walk along the lonely streets of dreams” with the classic track “Here I Go Again” by [lastfm]Whitesnake[/lastfm], now with over 10 million views on YouTube.
