While the divorce rate in this country is at an all-time high, there are still couples who have found true love with each other, and even after years of partnership, their love still burns strong. One famous couple in fact has showcased their “dysfunctional” love for viewers around the world on their reality show The Osbournes, and continue to be an anomaly among other reality TV couples who’ve bitten the dust after the cameras stopped rolling.

But when you’re Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, nothing in your high-profile life is standard, which is why they are two peas in a pod, or just a couple of birds in their brand new LA “love nest.”

With a nickname like “The Prince of Darkness,” the first thing to come to mind when thinking of [lastfm]Ozzy Osbourne[/lastfm] wouldn’t be “true love” (we all know the first thing to come to mind is Ozzy biting the head off a bat…how romantic). But thy holiest of darkness is completely content with his angel of gloom, Sharon, even after years of marriage and three hell-raiser children.

Their daughter Kelly commented on her heavy metal parent’s recent home purchase in LA saying, “it’s the cutest thing how in love my parents still are. They’ve just got this little love nest in Los Angeles now for when they come here for work, because they actually live an hour outside the city.”

Their new “love nest” is cheaper than shelling out money for a hotel every time they’re in the city for weekends or work. Kelly said her parents are very happy with the purchase and minimalist lifestyle saying “My dad’s always said, ‘All I need is a room with a TV and a dog! Why do we need all this stuff?'”

So Ozzy’s recipe for a happy marriage is TV, dogs and a cozy night with his love bird in their love nest of darkness. What more do you need in life?
