Ozzy Osbourne’s Heavy Metal Clap-A-Long On Kimmel
Metal heads took over the Jimmy Kimmel Live outdoor stage on Monday night just to get a glimpse of the Prince of Darkness shuffle across the stage and belt out his classics “Fearless” and “Crazy Train.” The crowd is still going off the rails for Ozzy, who proves even with his incoherent ramblings and delusion, he still knows how to put on a great show.
Ozzy has established himself as a living legend in the world of heavy metal (anyone who is still performing after the amount of drugs pumped into his system over the years should be considered a legend) so we don’t really care that he swapped out his menacing vigor from his Black Sabbath days for a more subdued stance at the mic. All we care about is the fact he’s still performing and we’ll always participate in his jumping-jack-clap-a-longs until his passes his reign to the next Prince of Darkness.
And if you’re wondering, yes the crowd did start a whirlpool of death moshpit during “Crazy Train.”
