elvispresleyalien Elvis Telepathically Communicated With Aliens

Long gone are the days of National Enquirer shock stories (we have the celeb-crazed internet bloggers for that), but learning that [lastfm]Elvis Presley[/lastfm] had a thing for little green men makes us miss those fake ten page editorials with mass eye-witness accounts and pics of Presley’s alien love-child. [lastfm]Elvis Presley [/lastfm]may have had a “suspicious mind” but his childhood UFO sightings were “always on his mind.”

[lastfm]Elvis Presley’s [/lastfm]friend, Larry Geller, explains how Presley has been telepathically in contact with aliens ever since he was 8-years-old and how he learned from outer space that he would one day have a famous face :

His father told us he’d gone out to have a cigarette at 2am during the delivery and when he looked up into the skies above their little shack, he saw the strangest blue light. He knew right then and there that something special was happening.  {Elvis was} contacted telepathically by two alien beings when he was eight years old, who gave him a glimpse into his famous future, although he had no idea what it all meant at the time.

Well, if that’s true, we guess [lastfm]Elvis Presley[/lastfm]wouldn’t be offended that for the 33 years since his death people have speculated that he is a) still alive somewhere near Area 51 or b) abducted by aliens. Or who knows, he might be a shaman in New Mexico. The way Geller describes Presley all the above might be true:

Elvis was a deeply spiritual person and was very interested in the metaphysical. He had an eclectic outlook on things. Although he never had any major alien experiences, he was certainly a believer. He had his feet on the ground, but his head in the heavens.

Still don’t believe Elvis had an extraterrestrial entourage?  That would make Elvis sad. He would just croon sadly:

Why can’t you see
What you’re doing to me
When you don’t believe a word I say
?”

Do you really want to make the King sad?
