Good Afternoon Tami,

My little brother and I were listening to your radio station last night on our way to Palm Desert, and this phenomenally catchy, upbeat song came on between 8:20-8:30 pm…we are unsure as to what decade it originates from, but we think it sounded as if it was from the ’80s, possibly earlier…we would love to provide you with an excerpt from the lyrics, but unfortunately, try as we might, we were unable to understand any of them, which led us to believe that it may have been performed by a foreign artist…a British musician perhaps? Anyways, this song sounded very familiar to us, so it must be fairly popular, but for some reason, we just couldn’t quite identify it, so I hope you can help us.

Thank You,

Culturally Deprived, Sheltered Children

Awwwwwwww, you kids are so cute!

Brothers you may be, but music sleuths you are not. Have no fear, for Tami Heide has all the know-how to figure out what song eluded you. Take it away, Tami!

Hi Teresa-

Was it [lastfm link_type=”similar_artist_radio”]DEXY’S MIDNIGHT RUNNERS[/lastfm] “Come On Eileen” or [lastfm link_type=”similar_artist_radio”]ASIA [/lastfm]”Heat Of The Moment” or something else entirely? Let me know.

OMG- thanks for adding Cartman. Although I’m not a big fan of that show, it made me laugh! My husband and I both work at home and I instantly had to share with him. Thanks for making Jack so much fun! We’ve attend all the Jack Shows- except the 1st.. :(
P.S. Please share with the “powers that be”- we want to see Billy Idol, Joan Jett, Stray Cats, and ZZ Top again…They still sound great and are so much fun! Also, what’s the possibility of Adam and the Ants!- Love, Love, Love this station! – Sandi & Bill
