[JACKed Up News] Woman Sues Film Industry Because Drive Isn’t Fast And/Or Furious
2011 box office hit “Drive” not quite “fast or furious” enough for Detroit movie goer.
That’s right. A Detroit woman actually has enough free time to file a “bad movie” lawsuit against distributors Film District because they, “Promoted the film ‘DRIVE’ as very similar to the ‘Fast and Furious’, or similar series of movies.”
If it’s still too confusing, we’ll break it down for you.
Getaway driver Ryan Gosling is not female favorite Paul Walker. Unfortunately, Detroit’s newest unnamed movie critic doesn’t understand that concept and went on suing Film District for more multiple ridiculous reasons.
According to our movie critic:
“‘Drive’ was a motion picture that substantially contained extreme gratuitous defamatory dehumanizing racism directed against member of the Jewish faith…”
Sounds like a Mel Gibson film.
So we guess it comes down to the true question: Is this mysterious movie critic a saint sent to warn us all to save some money and not waste our time? Or is she just another media whore with too much time on her hands?
Guess we’ll have to take her at her word.
