They say an apple a day keeps the doctor away.

What, are they throwing apples at doctors now?

It is believed that Eat A Red Apple Day is celebrated to promote the health benefits of delicious, red apples.

Apples may reduce the risk of colon cancer, prostate cancer and lung cancer. And did you know they’re chock full of antioxidant compounds? We don’t know what antioxidant compounds are, but they sound really important to a healthy diet.

Go eat an apple already.
