2012 may be the year the world ends, but at least we’re going out with one of the biggest rock ‘n roll concerts of all time.

[lastfm link_type=”similar_artist_radio”]Van Halen[/lastfm], those legendary LA rockers with rock’s best wardrobe, are back, baby… AND THEY’RE BACK WITH DAVID LEE ROTH!

Vodpod videos no longer available.

The whole band’s there! David Lee Roth singing and kicking, Eddie Van Halen wailing on his guitar, Alex Van Halen smacking the drums, and Eddie Van Halen’s son, Wolfgang, slappin’ da bass.

Will this concert be grand“, you ask? ABSOLUTELY. Van Halen is working on their first new album with Roth in over 25 years, which means their musicianship is back to brilliance. While hearing new tracks would be a treat, we’re hoping to rock out live to all of our favorite chart-toppers: “Hot For Teacher,” “Panama,” or “Jump” just to name a few.

In addition to a 2012 tour announcement, the band has also confirmed their new album, A Different Kind of Truth.
