You know why Kool Moe Dee was awesome?  Because even snow couldn’t stop him from being a true cowboy.

No, I didn’t mean this Snow.  I meant, real, legitimate snow that falls from the sky.

You see, Kool Moe Dee was born in New York.  I know that most people don’t think of New York as a great cowboy birthplace.  However, a quick look at this historically accurate Pace Picante Sauce commercial should change your mind.

Anyway, Kool Moe Dee documented his days as a cowboy in this weeks featured joint.  It was quite influential, and led to the release of the documentary “Posse” in 1993.

Kool Moe Dee’s days as an active cowboy are now over, but his influence is still being felt today.
