Ol’ Slow Hands wants to drive fast.

Guitar God Eric Clapton has been waiting patiently for his newest toy – a custom SPC-12 EPC Ferrari. An avid collector of Ferraris over the years, Clapton’s sleek machine took two years to build, and reportedly put the man back a cool $4.75 million dollars.

The Ferrari was built exclusively for Clapton. Dubbed the “Special Project Car, Number 12, Eric Patrick Clapton”, the custom automobile went through special modifications tailored to Clapton’s personal preferences; what began as a Ferrari 458 Italia with a V-8 engine now has minor Pininfarina-designed styling changes, a bespoke interior, and that beautiful, red shade of Ferrari rosso paint.

We can’t wait to take a spin in it. Hey Eric, we’ll be down at the Crossroads, near the White Room, waiting for you to pick us up. Eh, eh?
