The 6th Annual Friends of the Fireworks Celebration at the Seaside Lagoon Community in Redondo Beach is where it’s at. There are fireworks, reserved picnic tables or seats on the sand, reserved parking, aquatic activities for the kids, puppets, deliciously patriotic food, a live broadcast by JACK FM, and more!

–Prime Site and Sound Locale–

Enjoy the dramatic, uplifting effect of a fantastic fireworks show, launched almost overhead and synchronized to moving patriotic music with concert quality sound and live broadcast on Jack FM 93.1

–Reserved Seating and Parking–

Reserve your own Friends of theFireworks Picnic Table, or Seats on the Sand – with reserved parking options adjacent to the lagoon and at the City Hall/Library lot 5 blocks with shuttle.

–Kids’ Activities–

Swimming in the warm water lagoon with lifeguards; kids’ foam paddleboard and stand up paddle board lessons by BeachSports Surf & Beach Camps; Mad Science show; Jim Gamble puppets; 56 foot inflated obstacle course w slide. and hugely popular Arts and Crafts for the 6th Annual Kids Freedom Parade around the lagoon. (All Free w/ Admission)

–Entertainment–

Rock & roll and dance the night away with live music by popular local bands. Just listen, dance or jam with the Free to Be Me Drum Circle.

–Food and Full Beverage Service–

Enjoy 4th of July favorites: BBQ chicken and tri-tip plates, sandwiches and salads, hamburgers, hot dogs, funnel cake, Italian Ice, kids snacks, coffee, hot chocolate and a wide selection from Ruby’s Diner service window on the lagoon.

No food or beverage allowed to be brought in. None.

Proceeds from the sale of these items help pay for the fireworks show, security will be enforcing this provision so please enjoy what we have to offer.
