Jacked Up News: Cuba Gooding Jr. Wanted For Misdemeanor Battery

The days of the harmless kid who fixed radios religiously are long gone.

HuffingtonPost reports that Cuba Gooding Jr. shoved a bartender at The Old Absinthe House on Bourbon Street, in New Orleans. New Orleans police officers issued an arrest warrant to the 44-year-old actor for the scene that occurred Tuesday morning at 3 a.m.

Gooding, or Junior, or whatever he calls himself, was in the Big Easy shooting the historical drama “The Butler.” While also apparently shooting some absinthe, bar-goers were depicting this with their square gadgets that take photographs. He wasn’t having it. The picture taking led Gooding to start cursing. Cursing is like a gateway drug, there will always be more to follow. He then shoved the bartender twice after she asked him to remove himself from the bar.

He is now wanted on a misdemeanor battery warrant and there is no pack of huskies to flee him out of this one. Possibly he should live up to his name and do some more Good-ing?
