Here we go again.

First a DeLorean hovercraft graced San Francisco bay with it’s presence as it glided through the water, dodging sharks and what not. Now it has reinvented itself yet again for the world to see.

The DeLorean Motor Company of Texas released an updated version of the 1980’s majestic machine as made famous in Back To the Future.

According to Complex Media, while the original chick magnet vehicle was founded by drug trafficker John DeLorean in 1982, this new version has been slightly tweaked. No pun intended.

The new and improved ride will be one of the “all-electric” models derived from the DMC’s partnership with Epic EV. It will contain no Flux Capacitor, and reach a maximum of 125 MPH, with 260 horsepower. As the original mean machine was worth around $12,000 in the 80’s, the updated version will be in the six figure range.

Start saving lads, we call shotgun!
