Steve Jobs. The man who continues to rack up awesome toys even in his death. Maybe the whole eccentric vegetarian/Buddhist/tech genius really is the key to eternal happiness. Especially if it involves a sweet yacht named Venus.
Before he died, Jobs commissioned a custom all-aluminum yacht in Holland designed by visionary Phillipe Stack. The 70-80 meter vessel has a built-in jacuzzi for lounging with the Apple babes (or maybe just Siri), an all-glass cabin that store seven 27-inch iMacs for navigation, giant windows (like at the Apple Store), teak floors, and glass on glass on glass reports Yahoo! News. Go to the link for a picture of the yacht.
While working on Jobs’ biography, author Walter Isaacson wrote about the yacht. “I know that it’s possible I will die and leave Laurene with a half-built boat,” said Jobs. “But I have to keep going on it. If I don’t, it’s an admission that I’m about to die.”
Unfortunately, he did, but like so many an Egyptian pharaoh before him, the vessel to take him to the next plane of existence was built just in time for him to cross over.
