Driving to Las Vegas is a pain in the backside. Traffic is crazy, painful, and oftentimes hella hungover coming back. The only perk is that stop at the Alien jerky place, but even that has its limits.
Flying, well, that’s obnoxiously expensive for what is usually a brief trip. The best is when you are sitting next to someone who is already drunk and they try to talk to you the whole entire way there. And in the past, taking a Greyhound bus just felt…shady. The bus depot centers aren’t nice and the bus had numerous stops.
But no longer. Starting tomorrow Greyhound Express is offering non-stop bus services between Las Vegas and Los Angeles.
Round trips will run five times a day during the work week and Saturday with two more trips on Friday and Sunday for tourists says CBSLA.com.
One of the perks of the Greyhound Express experience is more leg room and free wireless. Tickets range between $1 (what type of seats are those? Inside the luggage storage underneath?!?) and $67.50 one way.
So next time you are considering a trip to Vegas, forego the pain of driving yourself or going through airport security with the top shelf whiskey you are taking to your brother’s bachelor party.
Take the unofficial party bus to the city of Sin and remember…what happens on the Greyhound Bus to Vegas and back, stays on the Greyhound bus.
