All this news about the fiscal cliff and we’re so confused about what that actually means, we are ready to jump off it. Apparently, it’s like some financial conundrum or something whatever, don’t quote us on that, that’s supposed to happen at the end of 2012, but if it correlates with the end of the world/our huge holiday bills, it sounds about average.

Whenever we’re looking for a re-education in practical matters of the world, we don’t go to Suze Orman or Dr. Phil, but we watch an episode of The Simpsons. And you wonder why we turned out the way we did.

In this circumstance, we got the curmudgeonly Mr. Burns to explain the fiscal cliff to us. It involves a car and rich people and explains it all. Kind of.

You should watch it.
