Cheesus! It’s Cheese Week In Long Beach
This week you might want to double up on your cholesterol pills, and maybe even retrieve a gas mask considering how much cutting the cheese will occur. Here’s what this cheese week business has to offer you that choose to attend. Downtown Long Beach, cheese, and more cheese. Catch it while you can!
This delicious substance will be celebrated in the LBC until January 27th. A cluster of restaurants will be participating by offering custom dishes made with none other than…you guessed it, cheese.
Sure cheese will be the center of attention but all of it’s culinary buds won’t be left behind to bite the dust. According to LAist, cheese and wild ale pairings will take place at Beachwood BBQ & Brewing, Chimay beer cheeses at Congregation Ale House, and flaming Saganaki, a Greek cheese served warm exclusively at George’s Greek Cafe. Around 20 restaurants will be joining in on the cheese mania.
It is the FIRST EVER of its kind. Therefore, less likelihood that the general public (you) will be let down.
