Last week a memo was circulated asking celebrities to “please avoid exposing bare fleshy under curves of the buttocks and buttock crack” as well as to “avoid sheer see-through clothing that could possible expose female breast nipples.” Ha ha. I think #FemaleBreastNipples played a post Grammy after party at the Troub!

Well, thank you Katy Perry for loving America and not worrying about the memo at all! As you can see, Ellen DeGeneres had the same response we all had when we first saw the best green dress in Grammys history.
