Well if this guy doesn’t have uncanny resemblance to Peter Griffin then call us crazy.
Scroggins. What is that British? So your child begs and begs for something, what do you do? Give the child whatever she is begging for, in the case of Victor Scroggins, a man from Richland County, S.C. According to Huffington Post, this man tattooed “daddy’s girl” on his daughter’s wrist, along with an image of the logo from the Browning arms company.
The 39-year-old father allegedly inked his daughter and others in his home, lacking a license from the department of Health and Environmental Control. He was arrested Thursday after turning himself in to police authorities. Scroggins was charged with child neglect, not having an appropriate certificate required for tattooing, and tattooing a minor. Those tattooed by Scroggins were asked to come forward, as hazardous health conditions could occur from improper tattoos.
