85th Annual Academy Awards

Sunday Feb.24th @ the Dolby Theater in Hollywood
Unless you were nominated or are currently banging George Clooney, chances are you ain’t getting into the Oscars. But don’t fret, television coverage of Hollywood’s biggest night will be complete and exhaustive all day long this Sunday. The Awards themselves start at 5:30p on ABC but Red Carpet Coverage will begin around 1pm on ABC and a litany of other channels.
(Side Note: street closures are already in effect in Hollywood for the Academy Awards so unless you have to or live there, stay outta Hollywood come Sunday)

The season of the Billion Dollar Dodgers arrives this Saturday in Phoenix, AZ as the Doyers play their first spring training game of 2013 vs the Chicago White Sox at 12:05pm. (1:05pm local time) With the Oscars going on in town, it might not be a bad weekend to take a roadie and go enjoy some baseball action in the sun.
