Call It Like It Is: People With Cell Phones Outnumber People With Access To Toilets
It can be a crappy world out there, but hey, at least we can talk about it. A recent United Nations study found that more people worldwide have access to cellphones than they do a toilet, according to Yahoo.com. Of the world’s 7 billion people, 6 billion have cell phones, but only 4.5 billion people can use their phones while on the pot.
It’s a shocking statistic, indicative of the information age we live in, but somehow it seems like access to a toilet would take precedent over sending a text or snapping a photo.
Here at JACK FM, we would like to do everything we can to help ensure that all 6 million people with cell phones can use their phone while on the toilet. How? We have no idea, but because we’re one of the 4.5 billion, we can do research while on our “think tank.” Kind brings a new meaning to “dumpy little building,” doesn’t it?
