Want a “New Drug?” Behold the comedy magic that is Weird Al Yankovic, the King of Parody, playing the victim in an American Psycho parody featuring, you guessed it, Huey Lewis.

Lewis’ song “Hip To Be Square” played a pivotal role in a scene where Patrick Bateman (played by Christian Bale) invites Paul Allen (played by Jared Leto) over for a drink, some intense music talk about Huey Lewis and the News, and a bloody good time courtesy of an axe.

Watch the gory, probably NSFW scene here.

In the Funny Or Die version, Lewis talks about the greatness that is American Psycho and an inebriated Weird Al questions him about the newspaper and the raincoat.

After acting out the whole scene with fantastic comic precision, Weird Al learns his fate after a lifetime of mocking other people’s art, including Huey Lewis and the News with “I Want A New Duck” (his version of “I Want A New Drug.”)

Is it time for an American Psycho reboot in 3-D? We think so. Hell, they did it with Jurassic Park and we were more frightened of Patrick Bateman than some velociraptors.
