May the fourth be with you. “Star Wars” fans celebrate the iconic science fiction film worldwide this 4th of May. In 2007, to honor the original release date of the 1977 George Lucas film, the Los Angeles City Council declared May 25 Star Wars Day. But for die-hard fans, the play on words has stuck, and for Southlanders it’s an opportunity to celebrate the all-American imagination and will to seek the stars.
