They say behind every great man is a great woman. And while there are many that would dispute the title of “great” applied to Ozzy Osbourne, his feisty wife has done a great job making a name for herself separate from her drug-addict husband.

Even if that name is a result of being asked to testify in Michael Jackson‘s wrongful death trail.

Yesterday, Osbourne was issued a subpoena as a witness for the prosecution, Michael Jackson’s family.

Previously, the redheaded rock mom said she might have evidence to support Katherine Jackson’s statements that AEG, the concert promotion company, knew that Michael Jackson had dramatic health concerns but ignored them as they put together Jackson’s ill-fated “This Is It” tour.

Osbourne stated on The Talk that “certain people that worked” at AEG Live “knew that Michael Jackson was not well and didn’t care because it was business.”

“And, at the end of the day, whether he performed or he didn’t, they would still make money, confessed Osbourne. “And I’ve had conversations with certain people at that company who have said exactly that to me. If they would like me to go to court, the Jackson family, I will stand up and tell you who said that to me.”

Jackson’s mother hopes that Osbourne’s claims hold up in court. The Jackson family matriarch is looking for $40 billion from AEG and wants to pin the blame on them for hiring Dr. Conrad Murray.
