Taco Bell To Stop Serving Kids Meals
Taco Bell is become an adult-establishment. We don’t know if that means some Triple X-rated gorditas soon or a focus on some stony fourth meals, but they won’t be serving kids meals any longer. Which is a bummer because how else can you have the perfect tiny little burrito, coke, and cinnamon twists when all you want to do is drunkenly suck on hot sauce packets?
According to LAist, Taco Bell’s Irvine-based headquarters announced that they are saying adios to kid’s meals. No more running to the border for little Dolores.
“As we continue our journey of being a better, more relevant Taco Bell, kids’ meals and toys simply no longer make sense for us to put resources behind,” said CEO Greg Creed. “We’re trying to be this Millennial edgy brand, and having a kid’s meal was inconsistent.” And apparently, the just don’t sell anymore.
Don’t worry. You can still order kids meals until next January probably. And you can still order the tiny treats that come with them. Just no toys which we always thought were a nice distraction from the mediocre Mexican food.
