KISS might be brash and bold with their crazy stage antics and make-up, but they care about our servicepeople. At a rock festival in Wisconsin, the band gave a wounded Iraq war veteran the gift of a mortgage-free house during their show.
Ramon Rivera and his wife will now get to live for free thanks to KISS.
“We have special guests with us tonight I’d like to bring out,” singer Paul Stanley said. “Roman Rivera and his wife Michelle, and Ken from Military Warriors Support Foundation, please join me out here. Roman is a Wisconsin native, everybody. He is also a decorated veteran. He was severely injured during his combat tour in Iraq by an improvised bomb. He is a tried-and-true hero.”
“We have the privilege of presenting Roman and his family with a mortgage-free, two-story, four-bedroom, three-car attached garage home in Janesville, Wisconsin. Again, completely mortgage-free,” continued the singer. “Please join me in congratulating Roman, and thank you to everyone for their service to our country!”
KISS are currently on a North American tour. Get all the dates here.
