If you thought we had finally gotten over the Psy “Gangnam Style” craze…dream on.
The slick-suited South Korean pop star has recorded a track with Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler. And apparently, it’s not joke because Psy is actually really into rock music. According to Classic Rock, he listed Freddie Mercury as his “life role model,” and named Aerosmith as one of his favorite bands.
““So for the first time ever, I will reveal some huge piece of information, because I really appreciate being on the cover, so this is like ‘thank you’; and the big secret is… I just finished recording my next song with a legendary artist, Steven Tyler from Aerosmith,” confessed Psy. “When I was in middle school, I literally cried when they were singing ‘Crazy’ or ‘Amazing’ or whatever, they were my lifetime role models, and now I am collaborating with Steven Tyler, what the f**k, man? (laughter) I love my life.”
“Crazy” and “Amazing” are apropos words for this collaboration. It will either be “crazy” or “amazing”…in a totally crazy way.
