LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — President Obama will arrive in Los Angeles Monday afternoon for a planned, two-day visit.
The commander-in-chief is expected to arrive around 4 p.m. at Los Angeles International Airport. His arrival will likely affect surrounding streets through 5 p.m., the LAPD said.
On Monday night, the president is scheduled to participate in two fundraising events in Beverly Hills, one of which is being held at the home of Earvin “Magic” Johnson and his wife, Cookie, impacting streets in the area as well as in nearby Westwood. Those roadways — including the 405 Freeway to La Cienega Boulevard and Monica to Venice boulevards — will be affected from 4:45 p.m. to 10 p.m.
