Start working out and get all your vital organs ready: Taco Bell is unleashing their “fifth meal.” Yes, that’s right. Lunch, lunch, dinner, and hangover food at 2am isn’t enough. Now the fast food chain will be serving breakfast nationally.

“I think one thing that’s been lacking in breakfast has been innovation, and putting a little twist on the ordinary,” said Taco Bell president Brian Niccol in a press conference call. “We’re going to do what we always do: we’re going to innovate. You’re going to see breakthrough products that, frankly, nobody has seen at breakfast in the past 40 years.”

Menu items will include the AM Crunch Wrap (which looks like it has a hashbrown patty in it) in plain, bacon, and sausage, hashbrowns, Cinnabon delights, and the much-talked about Taco Bell Waffle Taco.

The Waffle Taco is exactly what you think it is: a waffle folded up into the shape of a taco, stuffed with sausage and eggs, and topped with maple syrup.

It sounds both absolutely delicious and completely nutritionally void. Exactly what breakfast should be all about.
