Don’t be an “American Idiot.” For Record Store Day this year, Green Day will be releasing an exclusive, two-disc collection of their demos and an unreleased song.

The compilation will include 18 demos from the band’s 2012 recording session from Jingletown Studios in Oakland. Those same records were the ones that went into Green Day’s power trio of CD releases called ¡Uno!, ¡Dos!, and  ¡Tré!.

On top of the 18 demos, there will be an unreleased song on the multi-format collection called “State of Shock.”

The whole thing will be called Demolicious and be released on vinyl, CD, and cassette for Record Store Day on April 19th.

Recently, Green Day played a secret gig at a tiny pub in Australia.  Later on, they played the Soundwave Festival in Sydney.
