Jon Bon Jovi wants to buy the Buffalo Bill and he’s halfway there. According to sources, Bon Jovi has expressed an interest in buying the Buffalo Bills football team from Buffalo, New York.
The veteran rock musician has allegedly been discussing a way to take the team to Toronto and his publicist says he’s “passionate in his pursuit of an NFL franchise.” The history between the Buffalo Bills and Toronto is very strong and the Bills consider Toronto’s Rogers Centre as their “second home stadium.”
Bon Jovi has dabbled in ownership before with the Philadelphia Soul, an AFL team. He’d have a lot of work to do with the floundering Buffalo Bills, but he’s been livin’ on a prayer for a long time, so maybe the musician can work some miracles.
