After hitting the stage at New York City’s Webster Hall on Monday night (June 2) to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their album Superunknownby performing it in its entirety for the first time ever, Soundgarden took the Tonight Show stage last night to celebrate once again.

The guys did two tracks off their fourth album, kicking things off with “Spoonman,” the song that brought them into the mainstream, despite the fact that it features a guy actually playing spoons.

After 20 years, frontman Chris Cornell sounds a bit more weathered, but it only gives the track a little additional grit.

They later took the stage again to perform “My Wave.”
