Blur Announce First Album in 11 Years, Drop First Single ‘Go Out’

Blur is officially back.

The band announced today (Feb. 19) that they’re going to release their first album in 11 years on April 27.

The album, titled Magic Whip, will be the follow-up to their 2003 record Think Tank.

With the announcement, also came the album’s first single, “Go Out.” Listen to that above.

News of new Blur comes only a few months after Damon Albarn announced the return of Gorillaz in 2016, which is funny, being that in that same interview, Albarn specifically said Blur was on hold.
