Some dudes are so vain. Take, example, Donald A “Chip” Pugh. A few days ago Lima Police posted pictures of Pugh on the department’s Facebook page asking for the public’s help in locating him. Mr. Pugh has a warrant out for his arrest for a “failure to appear” and is also a “a person of interest in several other cases including an arson and vandalism.”
Now most people upon seeing their image plastered across their local police department’s page would most likely focus on words like “warrant” and “arrest,’ but not Pugh. When he saw the post, the thing that caught his attention were the pictures LPD used. Like most mug shots, they were less than flattering.
But Pugh was so annoyed with the photos that he personally messaged LPD and provided them with a different picture, one of himself looking much more dapper, with the caption saying, “here is a better photo that one is terrible.” The nerve of this guy.
LPD gracefully thanked Mr. Pugh for the updated photo, but stated that it would be more helpful if he simply turned himself in.
