For all those people wondering what Macaulay Culkin has been up to lately, it seems he’s been working on his music. Specifically, pizza-themed renditions of Velvet Undergound and Lou Reed songs.
In his eulogy, Bono recalls the first time he met Reed, on the Amnesty International Conspiracy of Hope tour in 1986. He writes of how he and Reed bonded over poetry, specifically James Joyce. The two would go on form a friendship that involved swapping short-stories by Delmore Schwartz and poems by Seamus Heaney.

Lou Reed, lead singer and founder of pioneering ’60s rock group the Velvet Underground, has died. Rolling Stone reports that the cause of his death has not yet been released, but Reed was hospitalized in July following a liver transplant in May. Reed was 71.
